I don't have a team, can I play?
Yes, this is complete point of our app. We want individual players to connect with other
like-minded players.
How are my Statistics being recorded?
Every game would have a match officiator who would be keeping a close eye on every
players performance and updating it manually.
Can I book a venue via Lineup?
Unfortunately, that is not a feature we are providing at the moment. Although, we can
provide the details of the venue for you to directly book.
What happens if I cancel my booking?
Players cancelling their booking 6 hours
prior are eligible for a full refund.
What if I can't make it at the last minute
We understand that such a situation may arise, we only request the players to cancel
their booking at the earliest possible
What happens if Lineup cancels the booking or makes changes to the booking?
All the players would be eligible for a full refund.
Statistics were not recorded correctly?
You can drop us email regarding the same and we would have it fixed for you.
Does Lineup provide with any refreshments?
We do not provide with any refreshments, although it can be acquired from the venue.
Injuries during the game?
Lineup or the facility is not responsible for any injuries that may occur during the game.
